Why @TeacherToolkit?
This is a recent interview, conducted by @Urban_Teacher, also know as teacher, trainer and ed-tech expert Mark Martin.

Martin is a passionate outstanding educator who is on a mission to inspire teachers. He is committed to providing greater opportunities for young people and is skilled in delivering bespoke training. He has just started Urban Teacher TV, to highlight good practice in ICT, technology and education.
Martin hopes to conduct interviews with various educators and is doing some great work to connect and share. Here is a recent interview with me and @Urban_Teacher conducted on Friday 17th October 2015 after school hours.

‘Why @TeacherToolkit?’ is a question I am often asked.
I always feel very flattered when educators want to meet me. I always try to spin events so that I can show off the work we do at our school and our wonderful students; when the inevitable happens and people want to meet @TeacherToolkit and not Ross McGill the deputy headteacher, I chuckle, then always arrange meetings after school hours on a Friday evening. This is what works for me, my workload and my lifestyle and reduces any impact on my work.
I hope in this interview example, you can gather a view of who I am, what I do and why I teach.
