Boarding the bus at 17.30, for a 18.00 start (traffic permitting) and the event finishes at approx. 20:15.

This unique event is designed for current primary, secondary and FE teachers.The CPD focus is on teachers who are passionate on classroom-practice that improve students’ desire to sap subject knowledge and skills. We are looking for a range of subject specialists to attend and present with an interest in learning for learning!

We will NEED YOU to guarantee your seat on the bus. This WILL be required 48 hours before departure. There are plans in place to have key pick-up/drop off points to maximise audience and travel arrangements tbc. (All presenters will be required to stay on board for the full journey. Hopefully, a pub-stop too!)

If you would like to present, sign up by adding your name, Twitter name and the topic you would like to talk about in a 5 minute slot, by accessing this form below. You must be in the classroom. Your request will automatically contact @TeacherToolkit. If you talk for too long, a cuddly toy will be thrown at you (it’s tradition!).

Presentation rules:

  • You MUST be a teacher or have a passionate interest in education!
  • You can use whatever presentation format you want to, but ICT is NOT allowed.
  • The important thing is that you get your message across.
  • There will be NO wifi access!
  • If your examples are online please share links to your presentation before or after.

What is #TMLondon?

A TeachMeet is an informal gathering of educators who are taking CPD into their own hands. A TeachMeet is organised for those who want to listen to inspiring teachers who do amazing things in their classrooms every day.

Why attend?

Learn something new, be amazed, amused and inspired! Anyone can share interesting, useful or innovative ideas in a 5 minute presentations. Presentations can be on any educational topic and about subjects, innovation, strategy or day-to-day work across the curriculum. It really is the best CPD there is and it’s free!

How does it work?

You can simply turn up and watch the presentations, or get involved from home by following the online discussion on Twitter, using the #TMLondonBus hashtag.

  5. When you open ‘Fill Effects’ dialogue box to fill colors, a
    Pictue tab will appear. (To clear table – use the cursor and thee left mouse button too select
    entire table. The presentations also benefits youu in making your viewers understand your thoughts and ideas for the research work.
